Hehe. How to get Ben to pose these days - tell him you're taking a picture of something else! :D I think if I'd had time while he was still in "pose" mode I'd've moved those boxes from behind him. The backdrop is the fireplace, but with upping the contrast and adjusting the levels a little it's lost all its detail and has become a lovely usable black backdrop.

I thought I'd take a few pictures of our current living room just for memory's sake to remind me what it was like up here, as we like it so much. I think we're going to stick to a similar colour scheme downstairs once we get round to decorating stage - I hope the downstairs is as lovely once it's done!

We've had a lovely day again so far. Up fairly early this morning (for us, anyway), and after a quick porridge breakfast we had to make a trip down to the shop as I'd *shock horror* run out of grapefruit. I've developed a serious grapefruit addiction and can't start the day properly without my grapefruit. Even if it takes until half-past three to get some! Then it was off to see Ben's friends Ede and Rosie, and to do some serious jumping on Ede's trampoline. They had a blast :) Before coming home we headed out to the supermarket, and on the way home we had a "discussion". It went something like this.

Me: Would you like a sandwich when we get home?
Ben: No
Me: Cheese?
Ben: No
Me: Ham?
Ben: No
Me: Cereal?
Ben: No
Me: Cuddle?
Ben: NO!
Me: Eh?
Ben: Ben BIG boy! Ben not need cuddle.
Me: You are a big boy now but even big boys like cuddles!
Ben: No they don't, big boys don't have cuddles!
Me: Yes they do, cuddles are even more important when you're a big boy...
Ben: NO!!! Ben BIG boy! NO have cuddles!

Repeat ad infinitum until we get home....

Me: Are you going to climb out of the car yourself?
Ben: No... Ben little boy... need cuddle....
Me: *sigh*
