Unidentified wing lok

Wing Lok Street is a street in Sheung Wan on Hong Kong Island. The street is a marketplace for Chinese medicine and many varieties of dried seafood and vegetables....some recognisable others not so much....these were in the street drying out in the midday sun but i have no idea what they started out as...eels?snakes?bones?....and now a tasty snack?! Who knows....
