I can't possibly get up , it's raining!

My fair weather dog refused to even do a wee in the garden this morning as it is raining fairly heavily. She has now gone back to bed and is pretending to be fast asleep. I am expecting the Tom and Jerry routine of paws screeching to a halt on the driveway as I attempt to take her for a walk later!
