Plucking

Alura has been constantly grooming herself to the point of a bald spot on her neck. Took her to the vet this morning to be checked out and the vet found 2 more little places under her wings. She(vet) said that it wasn't mites but possibly upset over something or maybe , just maybe its hormonal and Alura is sexually frustrated. If it continues meds maybe the answer. Wow!! While we were there I had her beak trimmed , she was pretty upset. I covered her early since she had a pretty stressful day.
