energy for momentum

It was very hard for me to take/get an image for such a competition "Momentum" but thanks to Mr Safeer an athlete and student of GC University Lahore who took pain and trained my son "Sajjad Ali" for this hard job to get the best results. This exercise was done for a week. At the end i must say both Mr Safeer and my son Sajjad did hard work for me...
