Green beans

Its that time of year again when we get inundated with green beans from my dad and brother in law. So out come the pots and pans, get a sharp knife and start to blanch the many kilos of green beans. Its great to eat them but a pain to prepare them for the freezer, we decided not to freeze as many this year but to eat as much as possible while they are fresh.

Ended up with 2852 views yesterday alone on my Flickr account, so I thank all of you who took a peak, just a shame I had no comments though.
