Time for reflection

As I walked around the lake and seafront this evening. I saw young people with parents; cycling, playing tennis, having a picnic, walking, playing football, model boating and sailing yachts.
As I watch the news this evening - I see those that may not have had the opportunity to do any of the above.
Nothing excuses their behaviour but there has to be a REASON they think its OK to behave in this disgusting manner.
We need to move away from a society that is governed by what clothes you wear and more towards one that is self governed by what deeds you do.
