Gopher It Boy..........

We took the Cygnet to the local zoo today.

He loved the meercats (seemingly he watches them on TV) and got upset when I sneezed and they ran away ........ but they came back soon enough so he was happy.

Surprizingly, he found it quite funny when the goat seemed to be trying to get over the fence to him.

Photographing things like the lemurs and the McMccaws through the tiny mesh fences is a nightmare.
When they are far enough from the front of the enclosure to throw the mesh out of focus - they are at the back where that mesh comes into play.

But the pictures aside it was a good day .................. and even better when we got a phone call from No1 son to say he had just propsed to his girlfriend and she said YES
