I did have a gruesome composite of before and after which was pretty awesome but I figured it would be pulled by the blip police fairly quickly and may cause the squeamish amongst us to be unwell. So I opted for the before shot only.

p.s. in the hospital ward today I accidently saw two bums and a willy that were owned by people that I have never seen before today - do people have no self respect any more? Nasty nasty nasty. And completely unnecessary. Pyjamas, I say Pyjamas!
