The eyes have it

Another quick trip to the High Street while I was in town today. Once again there were loads of good photo opportunities, but the contact lenses in this shot won out in the end better viewed big.

Tragic to see all the devastation on the news last night and today. It's a dark day when people don't feel safe in their own homes and streets. There are a couple of very well written blog posts I have read about it all one on the violence in London and another on the events in Birmingham. I don't think either of these articles are trying to excuse the inexcusable but I do hope there will be a rational debate about the root causes of what's been happening once we are at a stage where people are back to feeling safe in their homes and streets again.
