The Cake's Half Empty
Les made me this lovely Chocolate and Mandarin cake for my birthday dinner with Ross, Jonny and Nekta.
The recipe includes 4 mandarins boiled in their skins and then blended with almond flour and sugar. No butter involved.
It was the moistest cake ever! As you can see we scoffed half of it.
