Tablet!

Decided to make tablet for Shuggie this week, thinking he'd need the sustenance to get through community week. Turns out the rotter's taken holiday, though. Just as well coz the first attempt was an utter failure. After much stomping, pouting, and internet research I made an attempt at saving it (couldn't bring myself to throw away 3.6 kg of sugar)... and it seems to have worked! Sells well and already been told it's "gorgeous".
