A dog horror story

Humum saw this old advertising sign whilst out today and thought it was amusing.

I'm really not sure I agree. I mean it looks like that girl is planning to bath te puppies. From a dog's perspective that is a horror story. And how exactly did they get what looks suspiciously like a labrador puppy (in her arms) from a jack russell terrier?
