Banana and raisin loafing

Ignore the fact that it's rising out of the silicone rubbery tin like something from a sci-fi novel and there are a few overly crispy bits; it actually tastes quite nice.

I don't know what's going on but I seem to have become a bit domesticated of late.

Actually I know full well that the reason is because I have two big work things to do, I can't be bothered, and I will do anything rather than get on with them. Especially if it means I can stuff my face.

Oh, and for all those who think they know me, M. r_e, the recipe is from some healthy heart book. Nice to flick through with crisps and a cold beer.
