View over Clitheroe

Woke up late this morning, was woken by voices "Mum we want some breakfast please".
Had a relaxed start to the morning, before we called in to see my in-laws. The kids were playing an old game that their grandmother got out for them called Sorry, its a bit like ludo, without the dice, you turn cards which tell you what move you can do next, they played this a couple of times where Fred beat his sister both times.

We went off to grab some lunch, the northern one was very excited and got some Broth (it was nice but a bit too salty).
We went over to a have a look at the Panoptican or the Atom, built in 2003 with views over the local countryside, the northern one was a bit disapointed as there should have been a mirror ball inside and it looked like it had been vandilsed, as the ball had gone, without it, it looked like the home of the telly tubbys.

We then headed over to Clitheroe to meet up with some friends, we took their daughter out for a walk up to the castle where this picture is taken, have used the fisheye lens, the view is over looking the war memorial across the town towards the hills.

This evening we were out with my mother-in law for tea, now trying to get the kids to go to sleepwhile i post my blip.
