"Bad" moon rising.

The moon was really low down in the sky this morning at 4.30am so it took on a very red cast because of the light coming through the thickest part of the atmosphere. It inspired me to fetch the camera, and this was taken out an upstairs window, but I could not manage to hold the camera as steady as I would have liked to, and my brain could not work out how to get a perfect exposure at that time of the morning :).
