ticking off the days

Well. Maternity Leave is a very strange time indeed. Personally, I feel fine - I feel like I could be at work and so therefore I feel like I'm skiving. But also, I'm not really earning any more so I feel even more like I'm skiving. It's a very strange state of affairs.

Still, only 6 days to go till my due date. Looking at the calander is a bit odd. In among my usual people coming for tea is the little caterpillar on the 28th with 'baby due' written on it.

Baby. Due.

Baby. Due.

Bloody. Hell.

I am very tired now - although I still have a normal person bump as opposed to a Sea Monster's bump and whenver I tell people who don't know me (i.e the girl in the deli and the woman in the flat next door) that I'm due next week they think I'm trying to trick them.

I will post a picture of the bump this week. That's a promise.
