Beautiful batik

Housebound for a few days with no car......... long story.

In my clean up haze yesterday I hung some art that had been wrapped. This is a snippet of a beautiful batik art piece that I got in Kuala Lumpur a couple of years ago. I can appreciate the detail and time that it would have taken to get this done.

I also have one of the paintings with the fish on it. They look fabulous now they are framed and hanging on the wall. To think they had remained folded in the bottom of a drawer for a good few years!
