Natures larder (3) Sloes

This year the young shrubs have an abundance of fruit, where as the older ones are quite sparce fruiting. Sloe Gin is a favourate of mine, and once taken from steeping in the gin,they can be chopped up and added to dark chocolate,a really yummy treet. The sloe is a wild Damson.
