Small flowers

How many flowers can you fit on a 10" high Habanero chilli plant? Should I sacrifice some of the flowers to allow to reach their full hot-hot-hot potential?
I'm new at this. In fact this is only the 2nd year of my life that Ive grown things to eat. I may show you my tomatoes soon.
