Ready to race!

Today was the last swim meet of the season for our youngest granddaughter. She was gone all last week on a mission trip with our church youth group, came home exhausted last evening, and then put in a 10 hour day today at the swimming championships. In a few more weeks, she will be back in school and swimming with the high school swim team. We're really proud of her, so she has earned blip honors for this sunny summer day.

Weather report: Slightly (but only slightly) less hot and humid today, but the prediction is for each day this week to be a little cooler and a little less humid. Raindrops started to fall just as we pulled into our driveway this evening. Three cheers for a change in the stickiness level.
