New friends.

Haven't had much time to blip over the past few days.

Have been catching up with old friends from down in York for the past couple of days.

And today, a friend who emigrated to Australia many years ago and she is just over in Edinburgh briefly.

How wonderful that she has two kids almost the same ages as mine. And even better that her girl got on so well with my eldest.

Here they are having a hug just before they part at the train station. Three year old's make friends at the drop of hat.

Maybe we could all learn from that.
