The Whangie - Queen's View

Headed west to my sister in law's house just north of Glasgow for a family get together. Before that though, I excused myself for a couple of hours to drive to Queen's View for a walk up to 'The Whangie'. Was a last-minute decision but despite being unprepared (no waterproofs and no boots/walking shoes) it was a fairly gentle short walk to get this view, looking north to the southern shore of Loch Lomond. Ben Lomond is the highest peak on the right, with the Arrochar Alps to the west of the Loch. The rain clouds over the loch moved quickly south so got a bit soaked on the way back to the car. Might come back in better conditions, and with a telephoto lens to stitch together some higher res shots.
