High Jump

Today was the final day of the Athletic events at the Children's International Games.

It was raining quite heavily when I was due to set off so I almost didn't bother. However when I thought about the young athletes making the effort, I thought I should make the effort too.

The rain didn't let up but it was still possible to get some decent pictures. I covered the finals of the boys High Jump, the girls Long Jump and the Relays. I have to say that trying to get a picture at the baton change-over is extremely challenging but a lot of fun.

The pictures I was happiest with were in the girls long jump, but in the interests of variety I decided my Blip today would be a High Jump picture.
