A garden with a view

J. decided to go out cycling, despite the constant threat of more or less dark clouds. I seized the opportunity to make a spectacular backyard shot (helped by the Aperture trial I just downloaded). This is the bridge on our right, which was still in the shadow while the trees were in full sunlight.

Played around with Aperture for a bit, that's why the sky is so blue and the trees are so luminously green. I kinda liked it, although next time I'll be more subtle ;-)

Now I'll have to decide which program works best for me. I also use PS Elements as a trial and I'm quite satisfied with the user (or loser...) friendliness, but it doesn't support RAW. Aperture looks promising, but still have to explore the possibilities. Well, still have two weeks to decide (then we're off for a holiday, hurray!).
