Sashimi for all

Today was Hama Asobi, (Beach Play) festival on Hachijojima. This is one of the main summer events held here, with the fireworks event and Natsu Matsuri (summer festival) being the other main ones. This man is an expert sashimi, sushi chef and he prepared these fish in only a few short cuts. There was enough for everyone to taste (I tasted twice.. ). I truly love this island much more than Tokyo city, which is why tomorrow I will post about my possible new summer house I plan to buy :)
