Pressure and the Portfolio

I prefer doing Blip entries that are specific to the day--what I did or what I am thinking about. Well, my past two days have been spent looking at this screen, writing my "End of Year Appraisal," a major part of the portfolio. This year's is the last before I submit it this Fall to the Tenure Board. Thus, pressure.
