Pocono International Raceway

We are lucky enough to live in an area that is within an hour of so many things. We could be in NYC, Philadelphia, and the New Jersey shore in a snap! We are also lucky enough to live about an hour from NASCAR Pocono Raceway.

R surprised me this morning by taking a half day vacation so that we could go to the racetrack. The NASCAR race is being held here this weekend. I had too many pics to choose from so I put together a montage of our day.

On the right side is a picture of Miss Sprint Cup, Monica Palumbo. On the bottom right is my favorite driver, Jeff Gordon. It's not a bad picture considering that he is going about 160+ mph!
