Seabass

Seabass fillet on herb new potatoes, minted pea puree, crayfish, peas, peashoots and a lobster beurre blanc (not on plate yet).

I would quite like to eat this myself right now!

Off to Portsmouth tomorrow and then on to Peppa Pig World, and I have a feeling it is not going to be about bacon!!
