Lots of those in Georgetown, one of the oldest districts in Washington.

Many sidewalks are cobbled or laid with bricks (a challenge when walking with heels...) and some side streets retain the old rails from long-gone street cars (a real test to a car's suspension when driving through them).
It's a quaint district, with one of Washington's most expensive real estate!

Looks like clouds are gathering and we may have a thunderstorm: yeah! finally some rain after over a month without it! :)
