Hazy daze!

What a wonderful start to the day, a bike ride through the early mist along the river!

Cows are grazing and there are very few people about as it is holiday time, the riverside was devoid of human noise and I felt so lucky to have it all to myself.

Work.

On the way home and I was diverted from the gym to my inlaws for a bbq, chatting and watching the kids perform amazing feets on the trampoline, laughing and talking about dreams of adventure travelling!

We watched the sun go down as we drove home and it was lovely, a few clouds blott the horizon and so I fear for the usual bike ride in the morning!!
