Good Intentions

Inspired by reading this Forum Topic I got the bike out today, put the cycle carriers on the roof and set out for Culross for a ride to see if my legs had enough in them for Pedal for Scotland.

Well it seems that Good Intentions are just not enough, the rain came down and we took the easy option of tea and cake in the tearooms....instead of burning off calories we ended up consuming more!

Perhaps tomorrow.....
