Country Park Life

After reviewing my first week of Blips, I new I had to work bit more on wider shots, more colour and have a subject with a bit more life than a washed up dead fish :-) Today's trip to a nearby country park gave that opportunity. I chose this photo as it captured the best of the sun and the plants and trees at their late summer stage. It also reminds me of the the anticipation and fun as we worked our way through meandering paths to meet old friends for a tree planting.

I did take some photos of the BBQ pre-meat and got some nice dark and smokey shots. Very industrial, gloomy and sharp. A subject for another day perhaps.
