Swing Bridge......

This bridge was built in 1923 and spans White Cart Water in Renfrew, it is refered to locally as a swing bridge but the bridge is actually a Bascule style bridge. I have a feeling this may be because the original bridge was a swing bridge. All in all a very impressive site.
