It's A Dog's Life !

Poor Oscar ,today he really looks the part for that saying.

Took him up the hill for his usual long run. We noticed some blood on his paw checked it out and found quite a deep cut just above the pads. he was very patient while we washed it out and wrapped it up a bandage with a liberal dose of antiseptic on it. Now he's sitting at the bottom of the stairs feeling sorry for himself.

So , no way we'll be on the road to Oban today, staying at home to keep him company and keep an eye on him.

He has started to walk around the house and is no longer limping so that's a good sign.

On the positive side it means I can catch up with some work I need to do at home ( no , not housework , finish the club syllabus for Autumn- Easter and print some images for the Clachan Art show if I can be bothered. Might just read a book.
