New project

Got in new yarn and pattern books at the yarn shop a few days ago. Of course, we get new yarn in almost every day, but this especially appealed to me. I love sock yarn and I love vests, so what could be better than a vest out of sock yarn? Had to have it!

When I play the organ on Sundays in the winter I usually wear navy slacks, a white shirt and tie and a vest. And, the people in the congregation are getting tired of seeing me in the same old vest, even though it is hand spun and hand knit. So, it's time for a new one. And this one should be perfect! Love the colors in this yarn and love the pattern.
