I grew the Rhubarb in this Rhubarb Crumble.

I was busy after work making dinner of Feta & Spinach Strudel, as well as picking Rhubarb & making it into a Crumble. YUM!

My son J came for Dinner & really enjoyed it too.
So lovely to have him here anytime. xx
