First Spots

The first dark spots of rain on the ground. The advance water-army sprinkling the dry tarmac with a hint of what was to come. Within minutes no dry ground was visible - only wet surfaces and lots of puddles. Just the typical rainy day we get in central Scotland from time to time - nowhere near as severe as it gets in other countries for which we are thankful.
