Flat

I am not enjoying work at the moment, it is sapping the life blood out of me. I was so fed up today I left early and headed for 3 laps of Arthur's Seat on the bike. All times ranged from 13.30 to 14.44, so still happy with that.

Now I have an hour of beer and bike fixing to get the mountain bike working again, flat tyre and buggered gears.

Anyway it is the weekend and hopefully I can go back on monday with a new smiley attitude.
