Time Wheel always moves forward.

I dont know when time was born but I do know that we do not make good use of time in our routine life, including me.I try my level best for time managment but often fail. I promise with myself to cover as many tasks as possible in a day but my lethargic attitude is the hinderance. I keep on refreshing my promises even then my out put is not commendable. Time is going somewhere with out stopping even for a nano second. I dont know where it is heading towards.?Do anybody knows?
