I'm really sorry about all of the pictures of myself lately. I just really like them, and before this summer I absolutely hated having my picture taken. Now I don't really mind it anymore. It's nice.

Today my friend Kate and I went on lots of adventures. Explored the woods at Lake Harbor, drove around with the windows down singing really loud, finally got the smoothies we craved all throughout the NYC trip (Brooklyn Bagels' strawberry smoothies), then went to the beach in North Muskegon for a swim at sunset. It was a perfect day. (Well, as Kate said, the only way it could've been more perfect is if we had cute boys with us. But... another time.)

I really wanted to upload a picture of Kate but she's pretty shy and she didn't seem too keen on it. So here's me again. I also have some really amazing unedited sunset pictures, but I don't know what it is, this picture just makes me happy. It doesn't look candid but it was... I was trying to get my hair out of my face and she took a picture, and at first I thought "my goodness I'm going to look stupid in that frame", but I like it. Aaaand I'll stop talking now.
