Take 250 million dollars, add some council jiggery pokery, Stir in some backhanded, mates rates. Warm for 10 months on low power and you get New Zealands first rugby stadium with a roof. Just in time for the rugby world cup and an Elton John concert. Where am I, still in the eighties?
It looks so small yet holds over 30000. The opening was held this morning, before sunrise, I dont get it.
