R has now been coughing for almost 2 weeks and still isn't really eating much or able to manage a whole day without going wobbly and needing a lie down. Started on the antibiotics today.

We spent a lot of time watching "The Code" in bed and trying to solve the nerdy maths clues on the BBC website.

So it was very cheering when A finally made it home - after being stranded in Edinburgh with no phone battery, no train ticket and 30p in her pocket - and they sat around eating peas out of the pods and dissed each other splendidly.
