Glorious Globe Artichoke!!!

This is our wonderful artichoke,we don't eat the fruit but let it flower and it is triumphant,like a giant thistle,a sight to behold.On the plus side it's indestructible,we just hack it down to nothing every year and the following year it comes up larger than life!!
