Forlorn face in a crowd

This photo has little in the way of artistic merit - I'll say this up front.

I was one of a crowd of parents snapping behind an official photographer - getting that shot of their beloved close to Dan & Jeff, the geniuses behind 'Potted Potter' showing at the Pleasance Grand (Edinburgh Festival for those poor luvvies who aren't here this month).

My boy, however, does not push himself forward and I'm not the sort of parent who drags him into position (there were a few of them there). Its a big step forward that he wandered into this at all.

That he's the partially hidden wee soul who looks like he's auditioning for a part as 'boy who has just had his puppy stolen' is no real surprise.
