Divergence

I have been spending lots of time at the tracks lately.

Funny... when I was a kid, "going down to the tracks" was forbidden. Verboten.

Once, my older and younger brother and I went down the hill to the tracks and riverfront beyond (we lived very near to a major river in Ohio) and while unsure of the details, I can recall that my younger brother was the one that got caught and summarily punished (spanked no doubt) for having told the truth about where he was.

We still laugh about it to this day.
