This morning in the kitchen, "Hmm, the windows are needing cleaned again. What's that mark?" Closer inspection, and then a recollection of a noise yesterday, a noise like something hitting a window.

So it was a bird, and it must have realised it was on a collision course in enough time to put its (dirty and wet) feet out!
