Clouds on the Trotternish Ridge

Weather fronts often come quick and pass just as fast on the Isle of Skye. A drop in temperature, a strange scent on the air, a sudden hush; all these are signs of change to come and it's smart to pay attention otherwise you risk a thorough soaking.
