A day spent thrashing up the motorway for 10 hours or so.
Stopped off at Tebay to get something for tea and look at the ducks, who did synchronised swimming for us :)
After the journey and three days of carrying instruments around, I feel the familiar twinges that mean my back is thinking about failing on me again. A bit of lying on the floor is in order, I think.
