Eye on the ball

Baseball requires a keen eye, fast reflexes and the determination to hit the ball -- may one be a catcher or a batter.

The same goes for photography. One must have a keen eye (albeit an eye for creativity), fast reflexes and determination {to capture} to pave way to success.
